Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive with a background in used car sales or car loan sales. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with customers, and ensuring a seamless sales process.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Target Achievement :

- Meet and exceed sales targets for used cars and car loans.

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and networking.

Customer Relationship Management :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

Product Knowledge :

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of used cars, auto loans, CV loans, tractor loans, and car loans.

- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

Sales Process Management :

- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

- Prepare and present sales proposals and agreements.

- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.

Client Follow-Up :

- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with the finance team to facilitate loan approvals.

- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities.
