Provides tyre management service to the logistic companies, transporters and fleet owners, where company takes up end-to-end responsibility of taking care of the tyre fleet along with managing any damage on the run. Tyre management service begins with the selection of tyre depending on load, road conditions, vehicle type and axle position followed by inspection, repair and maintenance and more. The company, recently closed Pre-Series A funding round from Rajasthan venture capital firm, Innovana Thinklabs Ltd, and offers multiple services including tyre management service, inspection and retread across the tyre-management sector in eight states including Maharashtra, Gujarat, Delhi/NCR, MP, UP, Rajasthan, West Bengal & Chhattisgarh.

Detailed - Job Description:

- Identifying transporters and generating leads.

- Visiting transporters, giving presentations regarding the product and convert them into paid customer.

- Calling customer and fixing an appointment for F2F meeting to convert a lead into sales.

- Scheduling product demo and submitting reports.

- Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.

- Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence.

- Coordinate with Sales Manager to enhance sales performance.

- Maintain relationship with existing customers for repeat business.

- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.

- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.

- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Specific Consideration :

- Good communication & convincing skills.

- Any Graduate/MBA with Field- Sales Experience (Minimum 2 years)

- Candidate must have his own conveyance & Android phone
