Job Description:

Bandhan Tours is looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and promoting our travel and tourism services to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Client Acquisition:

- Identify and target potential customers to generate leads and close sales.

- Promote and sell Bandhan Tours' travel packages, corporate tours, and customized itineraries.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries and resolving complaints promptly.

Market Research:

- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for business growth.

- Stay updated with competitors' offerings and industry developments.

Sales Strategy and Reporting:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed targets.

- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.

Coordination and Collaboration:

- Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns.

- Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless execution of travel packages.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Background:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Experience:

- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.

- Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are also welcome.

Skills:

- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools.

Personal Attributes:

- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.

- Passion for travel and knowledge of popular tourist destinations.

- Team player with good organizational skills.
