Executive - Sales - Travel Domain - eCommerce (1-6 yrs)
Hiring for Executive Sales for Reputed E-commerce Company
JOB ROLE:
Reporting to Relationship Manager, Alliances and the position is responsible for new signups for the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Meet new customers (Travel Agents) in the market every day.
- Brand Promotion
- Work closely with Regional Manager to assist in joint promotions for new acquisition of customers
- Ensure the best in class in terms of quality of sales and productivity standards.
- Develop and sustain a strong relationship with all channel partners / distributors
- Participate in sales incentive programs and sales contests.
- Derive insights to Competitor Sales activities and effectively counter the efforts.
- Continuously provide feedback to the Regional Manager of the acceptance of the products in the market and suggested changes that could provide impetus to the sales efforts.
- Be Audit Complaint.
Requirement :
- Age Limit between 21 to 30 years only. Smart Personality required.
- Sales experience of at-least 2 years in the FMCG, Office automation or Travel industry would be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of the selected market and customer segments would be an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
- Strong inter-personal skills, which encourages and promotes enthusiasm and team spirit.
- Two Wheeler is a must.
- Good command over Local language.
