Executive - Sales - Travel (0-5 yrs)

Role and Responsibilities :

1 )The Travel Sales Executive will be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails.

2) They will also be required to understand customer needs and requirements and effectively sell and coordinate transportation, accommodations, insurance, tours, and activities for clients.

3) In addition, the executive will advise clients on destinations, cultures, customs, weather, and activities, handle travel issues, complaints, cancellations, and refunds, build and maintain relationships with travel and tour vendors, attend travel seminars and conferences.

4) Conduct research on destinations and industry trends, and maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, transactions, phone calls, and meetings. The executive will also contribute to agency efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Candidate Qualifications :

1)The ideal candidate should have 0-5 years of experience in Travel sales.

2)Excellent fluency in English being mandatory.

3) Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome to apply.
