Executive - Sales & Transformation (9-13 yrs)
Job Description :
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Create sales strategy to grow strategic accounts within Continental Europe
- Work with Account Teams with focus on 3 year sales plans, Opportunity shaping and GTM
- Drive execution plans along with the Account Team to ensure revenue and margin growth
- Identify potential Cross Sales/Up Sales opportunities to improve sales pipeline
- Identify relevant Capgemini solutions to be positioned based on clients business priorities
- Industrialize the Account Planning/Execution process across multiple Client Accounts
- Run analysis on Sales Related Numbers/results to generate analytics and actionable insights
- Establish best practices for Account Mining
- Work with the various units to drive cross-functional sales initiatives
Key Performance Indicator :
- Performance as per KPI of sales Program - Revenue Growth, Bookings Growth, Service portfolio mix
- Fresh Funnel (Pipeline) created as per designated portfolio (Account/ BU)
