Executive - Sales - Training Solutions (1-5 yrs)

What we'll trust you to do:
- Develop corporate training leads and identify sales opportunities for digital marketing courses.
- Identify and understand the training needs of business units & provide them with the required training solution.
- Create sales pitches that convert and effective client presentations to close deals.
- Plan and execute strategic calls to qualify leads (no cold calling) and ascertain prospect information.
- Liaison with L&D dept., IT dept. and HR dept. of corporate clients to inquire effectively about training requirements.
- Set up meetings between client decision makers and company's representatives and arrange for follow up calls.
- Interact with clients and consultants on different technologies in relation to training needs, and ensure smooth and profitable training delivery.
- Handle direct and indirect revenue generation from training services.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2-3 years experience as sales executive/ marketing executive/ sales officer/ business development executive/ sales representative/ marketing officer, preferably in digital marketing industry
- Good understanding of inside sales process & best practices like research, prospecting, qualification, pitching & opportunity creation
- Well versed in business communication, proficient in both spoken and written English
- Experience in up-selling, cross-selling & other phone selling techniques
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
