Purpose of the Job (Job Summary) :
Responsible for achieving sales and market share growth targets. Support local level marketing initiatives and ensure timely collection. Responsible for maximizing allocated budget and discount structure to achieve targets.
Job Description :
- Defines market requirement basis the support of deep data analysis and chalks out a region wise action plan to meet requirement.
- Track pricing changes and provide inputs for pricing strategy
- Building relationship with the retailers.
- Makes preliminary assessment of proposed new distributors and takes part in distributor realignment.
- Exercises commercial control.
- Review performance and progress against defined KPI's.
Requirement :
- Freshers with qualification in BBA, MBA, B.Com preferred.
- Self-starter attitude and ability to build a strong rapport and trust with clients.
- Effective Communication (client facing, verbal and written), Influencing.
- Independent and self-motivated, yet also team-oriented.
