Job Description of Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team with expertise and experience in selling Captive private 5G networks in Enterprise segment, System integration services opportunities comprising network, compute, storage and security stack, Wi Fi solutions and solutions addressing smart city projects. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets covering AP and Telangana states. The target industries include government, PSU and enterprise domain.

Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

- Identify and develop potential clients especially in government and PSU segment.

- Generate leads through research, networking, referrals and OEM engagements.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the identified accounts and prospects base.

- Understand the unique business needs and challenges of each client and provide tailored solutions.

Product Knowledge:

- Should be able to articulate solution offerings and provide effective value proposition to clients.

Sales Presentations and Demos:

- Conduct solution presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.

- Address client inquiries and objections professionally.

Sales Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and strategies.

Proposal Creation:

- Prepare and deliver sales proposals to clients.

- Negotiate pricing and contract commercial/legal terms to progress deals.

Market Research:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.

- Provide effective feedback to the pre-sales and deliver teams based on client needs.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Result-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Ability to handle demands of meeting sales quota on a regular basis.
