Executive - Sales - Telecom (1-3 yrs)
Prospecting and Lead Generation :
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through market research, networking, and other channels.
- Cold calling, emailing, and other outreach methods to establish initial contact with potential customers.
Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations :
- Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition of the company's products/services.
Quota Achievement :
- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
Negotiation and Closing :
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Close sales and finalize agreements in accordance with company policies.
Market Research :
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Provide feedback to the sales team and management regarding market requirements.
Sales Reporting :
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer information.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and present findings to the sales manager.
Collaboration with Other Departments :
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach.
