Executive - Sales - Techno Commercial Sector (2-4 yrs)
We are urgently hiring a Techno Commercial Sales professional to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) and excipients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Understand customer requirements and provide technical expertise to assist in product selection and application.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our APIs and excipients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively and efficiently.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals and quotations based on client requirements.
- Identify new business opportunities and assist in market research to drive sales growth.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Mandatory Skills :
- Strong knowledge of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) and excipients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain complex technical information.
- Proficient in sales and negotiation techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in techno-commercial sales within the API pharmaceutical industry.
