Job Overview:

As a Sales Representative, you will identify and engage potential clients (startups and corporates), sell our recruitment services, and foster long-lasting relationships. You'll also visit co-working spaces to network and generate leads, helping to grow our client base and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and secure new clients through cold calling, networking, and visiting co-working spaces.

- Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Build strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

- Stay updated on industry trends to spot new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in recruitment or HR services.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable with client visits.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field is a plus.
