Job Description :
- Order Processing : Handle the end-to-end process of sales orders, from receiving customer orders to coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Documentation and Reporting : Prepare and manage sales documentation, including quotes, invoices, purchase orders, and contracts. Generate sales reports to track performance and provide insights.
- CRM Management : Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate customer information, sales activities, and pipeline status.
- Customer Inquiries and Complaints : Respond to customer inquiries, providing information about products, services, pricing, and availability. Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- After-Sales Support : Provide ongoing support to customers post-purchase, including helping with installation queries, product issues, and warranty claims.
- Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proposal and Quotation Preparation : Assist the sales team in preparing proposals and quotations based on customer requirements and project specifications.
- Sales Presentations and Demos : Support the sales team in preparing for and conducting presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Lead Qualification and Follow-Up : Help in qualifying leads and following up on sales opportunities to ensure a continuous sales pipeline.
