Executive - Sales Support - EdTech (2-4 yrs)
Sales Support Executive will be handling inquiries from prospective learners regarding various course offerings, enrolment procedures, and other related issues.
You will be attending to Calls, WhatsApp messages, and Social media posts.
Since the customer segment is global you will be connecting to prospective students from across the world. The major responsibilities of the position include the following but not limited.
- Contact the leads who responds through any social media platforms
- Reply to the comments/enquiries raised by the leads through social media
- Provide accurate information to the prospects who enquire about the programs
- Other sales support activities/process defined by the management time to time
Job Requirement :
Excellent English Communication and Good Attitude
- Ability to work in a challenging environment.
- Respond to prospective learner queries efficiently and timely.
