Executive - Sales Support - US Client Development 


We are currently looking for an ambitious individual with sales administration or business development experience to join our growing- New Delhi office as- a Commercial Support Executive. This position will work closely with our New York office and will be based on Eastern Standard Time (EST) Zone.

About the Role :

Working in conjunction with our Commercial / Client Development Team, you- ll be tasked with helping to co- ordinate leads, building a robust database of contacts, and providing an important Sales Support function that will help us drive commercial initiatives. As a key member of the Commercial team, your role will involve:

- Using a 3rd party platform to generate:

- List creation

- List enhancement

- Exporting and formatting

- Using LinkedIn for:

- Building a CSV list

- Prospecting (finding key people by title/company)

- Finding and enhancing the profile of commercial targets (ZoomInfo or other sources)

- Using a 3 rd party sales outreach platform for:

- Importing contacts lists

- Profile enrichment (filling in missing fields)

- General Sales Operations

- New Survey and New Client Setups (complete project form)

About You

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years- experience within a commercial team ideally in a sales operations role and enjoy the administrative back-office nature of a sales support function. You- ll demonstrate an ability to manage multiple requests and stakeholders simultaneously and a genuine desire to work in a dynamic,entrepreneurial environment. In addition:

- You- ll have an existing experience and skill in list creation;

- You- ll have strong communication skills and be able to manage complex timelines.

- You- ll be curious about new trends, promoting an environment where ideas flow and expertise is shared;

- You- ll have the drive to push yourself forward and being self-motivated to make things happen;

- You- ll have the ability to interact with others confidently, building rapport and trust with stakeholders and colleagues alike,- and have- the confidence to challenge the status quo;

- You- ll be well organized and collaborative, working with experts across our teams to achieve the very best;

- You- ll be an- effective verbal and written communicator, with strong attention to detail in your work

- You- ll be generous with your time, supportive of colleagues and get involved in initiatives outside of work.
