Executive - Sales Support (1-2 yrs)
Requirement: Sales Support Executive
- Graduate in Computer science is preferable.
- 1-2 yrs tech support and maintenance background preferred. Freshers are also welcome.
- Customer-centric and good communication skills in English both verbal in written
Job Description :
1. Responsible for Coordination with the Sales team and communicating relevant information internally and externally.
2. Build sales related collaterals updated and customized as per use case.
3. Respond to queries/ concerns from Clients and provide after-sales support when requested.
4. Handle internal and external processing with accuracy and timeliness.
5. Provide administration support to sales team.
6. Giving Product Demonstration
Basically, this profile will be a mix of admin and tech support. We are looking for someone who can provide our sales team support in documents execution, supporting material, sending invoices etc plus handling the tech queries, interacting with our tech team, giving product demo, handling our sandbox (test environment for our APIs).
We can work around with a fresher too as long as they re willing to learn and work with a startup.
For us, Learning ability is a must-have criterion. We might give them the assignment to judge this particular skill. Very important for us.
