Executive - Sales Support (0-4 yrs)
Process - Outbound (Voice) / Inbound (Voice) / Social : Sales Support Executive:
- Leads will be allocated to the executive on a daily basis
- Total calls a day : 40-50 calls per executive with 60% hit (60% connected calls)
- Executive to have login access to company CRM
- We will share a corporate SIM card with the executive which will be used for all calls for this process
- Executive would be responsible for handling sales enquiry from various sources like Inbound / Outbound / Social Media
- Executive to create awareness among the leads by speaking to them directly
- Executive to meet Sales & Conversion target as set out by client (30-40% conversion ratio on assigned leads who try product samples)
- Work shift - 9 hours per day with 1 hour break (11AM-8PM)
- Work week - 6 days a week (Friday, Saturday and Sunday compulsory working)
