Executive - Sales - Sports Infrastructure Firm (2-7 yrs)
The Job :
- Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join their sports infrastructure company. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth for their company's sports infrastructure products and services. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for sports, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in sales.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company's sales targets and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients, partnerships, and market segments to expand the company's customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our sports infrastructure products and services. Conduct negotiations and close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Develop a deep understanding of our sports infrastructure products and services to address client inquiries effectively.
Ideal Candidate :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in sales, preferably in the sports industry or related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with sports infrastructure products and services is highly desirable.
