Executive - Sales - Spa/Salon Sector (1-25 yrs)
- We looking for a Sales Executive, who can work as an ambassador to our company and is responsible for establishing and maintaining good relationships with retail, wholesale, and distribution customers in India and GCC.
- Candidate must build trust and act as support for prospects, ensuring they lead to potential future sales.
Territory : Based in Dubai, but covers GCC. Willing to travel.
Requirements :
- College Bachelor Degree
- Fluent in written and spoken English (Arabic is a plus)
- Knows how to use Basic Microsoft like (PPT, WORD, EXCEL)
- Organized, self starter, proactive, punctual, presentable, eloquent, independent, team player, strong leadership skills
Responsibilities :
- Support Senior Sales Executive in terms of daily tasks and hit monthly targets.
- Search and pitch to new customer leads (especially spas and salons)
- Support Sales and Ops team as needed in warehouse with packing both wholesale and website orders
- Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers
- Educate/train customers on products in person
- Check merchandising of products on regular basis
- Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily
- Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers by checking in for feedback regularly
- Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
- Track inventory changes using SAP
- Prepare, manage and attend expos, festivals, pop ups etc.
- Work closely with marketing department to help build the brand
- Sell the company's products to customers within India and GCC (open to travel)
- Monitor the company's industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs
