The Job :
Your responsibilities will include :
- Contact pre-qualified leads interested in solar energy solutions
- Educate homeowners on the financial and environmental benefits of solar power
- Craft compelling presentations highlighting the cost savings and environmental impact of going solar.
- Overcome objections and address customer concerns with confidence and expertise
- Close deals and secure new solar panel installations
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction
Ideal Candidate :
- You have at least 1 year experience within a B2C Sales or Telesales role, ideally within the Environment/Renewable Energy/Sustainability industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You have working knowledge of renewable energy
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- The ability to build rapport and trust quickly over the phone
- A deep understanding of the sales process and strong closing skills
- A passion for sustainability and a desire to make a positive impact
Bonus points if you have :
- Experience selling complex products or services
- Knowledge of the solar energy industry
