Executive - Sales - Solar/Chemical Products/Industrial Products (1-2 yrs)
Role :
1. Find new business opportunities and customers
2. Contact potential customers to showcase company products or services
3. Develop relationships with existing customers and keep in touch with them
4. Negotiate prices and terms with customers
5. Prepare sales contracts and keep track of sales activities
6. Work with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Responsibilities :
1. Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
2. Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
3. Interact with prospective clients and fix appointments for the sales team
4. Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings, etc.)
4. Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office
5. Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, service, etc.)
6. Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system
7. Deal with customer complaints or issues
8. Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders
Skills : Assist in vendor relationship management, Client Relationship, Effective communication, Good command over spoken and written English Communication,
- MS Office, Excel

Experience : 1-2 years
Who Can Apply :
1. Any Graduate/BSc with Chemistry/Bio Technology
2. Sales experience in Solar/Chemical Products/Industrial Products (would be an added advantage)
