Executive - Sales - Software Solutions (2-7 yrs)

Responsibilities :

Client Acquisition : Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the assigned territory. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.

Consultative Selling : Understand the unique needs and challenges of potential clients. Tailor software solutions to meet client requirements and provide value-driven recommendations.

Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of our software products and services. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and differentiators to potential clients.

Sales Presentations : Conduct engaging presentations and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of our software solutions. Articulate the value proposition and align it with client needs.

Negotiation and Closing : Work closely with clients to address concerns, overcome objections, and negotiate contract terms. Drive the sales process to successful closures.

Relationship Management : Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with clients. Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.

Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Use this knowledge to position our products effectively in the market.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience : Minimum of 2 years of proven success in B2B sales within the software industry.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Sales Techniques : Strong understanding of consultative selling techniques. Proven experience in solution-based selling and closing complex deals.

Team Collaboration : Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support.

Results-Driven : Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. A proactive and goal-oriented approach to sales.

Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Willingness to adapt to changes and embrace new challenges.
