Executive - Sales - Security Products (3-7 yrs)
- Electronics, Computer Science or IT Engineering preferred
- Min 3 years of experience in Security (CCTV, Biometrics, VDP, etc) and/or Fire systems distribution sales experience
- Should have managed distributor and retailer network; Strong connect with local/regional system integrator
Key responsibilities :
- Identify, engage and manage local/regional system integrators
- Build and manage distribution & retailer network
- Drive secondary sales from Distributors
- Manage distributors and retailer's performance including stock planning, rotation, expansion
- Train channel partners on how to sell the offering
- Keep a close eye on the competition and develop winning sales strategies/tactics
- Collect market intelligence and share it back with sales and marketing team
- Deliver revenue, margin and consistent growth
- Ensure strong adherence to Company's code, conduct & compliance policy and norms
