Executive - Sales - Sealant Tape (2-8 yrs)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the Sealant Tapes Industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, a strong understanding of Butyl sealant tapes and their applications, and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the automotive, roofing and PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings), Renewable Energy and construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the sealant tape sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while expanding the customer base.

- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable sealant tape products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sales with customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies.
- Coordinate with the technical and production teams to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to enhance business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-4 years of sales experience, preferably in the Butyl sealant tape manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of sealant tapes and their applications in automotive, roofing, PEB, and construction industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in technical sales of sealant tapes.
- Knowledge of different sealant tape types and their industry applications.
- Existing network of industry contacts.
