Executive - Sales - SAP Services (8-10 yrs)
Job Description:
As a SAP Services Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for our SAP services division. You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, as well as nurturing existing client relationships. Your primary focus will be selling our SAP consulting, implementation, support, and maintenance services to clients across various industries.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified sales leads.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understand clients' SAP needs and provide tailored solutions.
Solution Sales:
- Collaborate with SAP consultants and technical teams to understand service offerings thoroughly.
- Present and demonstrate SAP services to potential clients.
- Customize and propose SAP solutions that meet client requirements.
Sales Target Achievement:
- Set and achieve sales targets and revenue goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
Proposal Development:
- Prepare detailed proposals, quotes, and contracts for clients.
- Ensure proposals are accurate, competitive, and aligned with client expectations.
Market Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, SAP technologies, and competitor offerings.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market insights.
Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, proposals, and contracts.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven experience in SAP services sales or related IT consulting sales.
- Strong understanding of SAP solutions and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is advantageous.
