- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.

- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.

- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, providing assistance and guidance throughout the sales process.

- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints. Establish a rapport with customers to understand their specific requirements and preferences.

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the bath fittings product line offered by the company. Stay updated on the latest trends, features, and specifications of the products to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.

- Actively promote and sell bath fittings products to customers, utilizing persuasive techniques and product knowledge to highlight the value and quality of the company's offerings. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of themselves and the company.

- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.

- Conduct product demonstrations in front of Influencers such as Plumbers, to showcase the features and functionality of bath fittings products. Explain installation processes and provide guidance on maintenance and care to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and inventory levels. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation as required by the company.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree or experience with sales executive

- Strong verbal communication skills

- Working with a sales team or sales representatives to meet a company's annual sales target

- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the bath fittings or related industry.

- Ability to meet sales goals by monitoring progress

- Ability to analyze sales data

- Presentation and analytical skills

- Residence should be Kanpur or nearby areas
