Executive - Sales - SaaS Vertical - EdTech (3-7 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Generation & Prospecting : Proactively source new business opportunities through outbound efforts such as cold calling, emailing, and networking. Utilize inbound leads to build a steady sales pipeline.

- Follow-up on Leads : Efficiently follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and other channels, ensuring prompt engagement and qualification of prospects.

- Sales Presentations & Demo Calls : Conduct product demos to showcase how our platform can solve client-specific challenges in career services, upskilling, and placements.

- Pipeline Management : Track and update the sales pipeline using CRM software, ensuring clear documentation and follow-ups across all stages of the sales process.

- Negotiation & Deal Closures : Lead negotiations with prospects and close deals by demonstrating the value of our platform and overcoming any client concerns.

- Client Relationship Management : Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients, ensuring continuous engagement, and exploring opportunities for upselling and long-term collaboration.

- Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment in sales strategies and customer onboarding.

- Reporting & KPIs : Regularly report on key sales activities, deal progress, and performance metrics to sales management.

Key Requirements :

- 3-7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or related industries like EdTech, HRTech, or career services.

- Strong ability to generate leads, follow up on prospects, conduct demos, and close sales.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
