Executive - Sales - SaaS (1-3 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven SaaS Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B SaaS sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying prospects, closing deals, and managing a robust sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Identify and qualify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and online research.
2. Build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
4. Understand client requirements and offer suitable SaaS solutions.
5. Handle the full sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure.
6. Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and post-sales support.
7. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
8. Upsell and cross-sell additional features or solutions to existing customers.
9. Maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive renewals and referrals.
10. Act as a trusted advisor to help clients maximize value from the SaaS platform.
11. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and the company's SaaS offerings.
12. Provide customer feedback to the product team to improve offerings.
Key Skills & Requirements :
1. Proven track record in SaaS sales or B2B software sales.
2. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
3. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools.
4. Exceptional skills in negotiation and deal closure.
5. Ability to grasp and explain technical concepts.
6. Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
