Executive - Sales - Rubber (2-4 yrs)
1. Sales activities:
- Assist the sales team in managing and organizing sales activities, including cold calling - B2B, scheduling appointments, email marketing, cold calling etc.
- Follow up on sales inquiries, quotations, and orders to ensure timely and accurate processing.
2. Provide administrative support:
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Generate and analyze sales data, producing reports and insights to support sales strategies and decision-making. Assist in monitoring competitor activities and market trends, reporting findings to the sales team.
3. Customer relationship management:
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure timely delivery of products/services and resolve any issues or complaints.
4. Sales support and coordination:
- Assist in the coordination of sales campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Support the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Provide sales team with regular updates on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
