Executive - Sales - Retail (2-3 yrs)
We are hiring a Sales Executive (Female) for our office in Sector 116, Noida. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach. This role is pivotal for driving customer acquisition and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition : Identify and reach out to potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and drive repeat business.
Sales Targets : Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the company.
Product Knowledge : Gain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
Follow-Up : Manage and follow up on customer inquiries and leads, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Experience : Minimum of 2 years in a sales role.
Education : Bachelor's degree preferred.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer Focused : Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
Sales Acumen : Ability to understand customer needs and present solutions effectively.
