Executive - Sales - Retail (1-4 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Answer customers- questions about specific products/services
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing, Cross-sell products
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
- Negotiation skills: Should have commendable negotiation skills and the ability to convince the customers.
- Ensure positive customer experience
Preferred Skills :
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales executive or similar role.
- Understanding of the retail sales process.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships.
- Flexibility to work various shifts.
- Good Negotiation Skills.
- Flexible in work timings.
- Willingness to take high level of responsibility.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office and windows based computer applications.
Qualification : Undergraduate (or) Any Graduate / Post Graduates
Experience : 1+ Years of Experience in Retail Industry ( Preferable from Footwear, Apparel,FMCG)
