The Job :
You will be responsible for :
- Identify, prospect, and develop new opportunities with new as well as existing client base in the Staffing and Recruitment Industry.
- Responsible to connect with CXO, CEO, Director and Head of Recruitment.
- Sales and marketing of Collar Search Offshore recruitment specialist services.
- Reaching out to prospective clients & lead generation through cold calling and client presentations.
- Setting up Conference calls & Meetings for In-person Discussion about proposal & Contract.
- Build long term business relationships with client leaders and decision makers.
- Effective management of short and long-term sales opportunities.
- Strong communication skills.
- End to end business development for recruitment services.
- Ensuring sign-ups at competitive rates.
- Responsible for revenue generation from the various accounts signed up by them.
- Manage end to end business development cycle.
- Evolving SLA's specific to client requirements & business processes.
- Team management & people development if applicable.
- Providing inputs of client specifications to the delivery team also ensuring a smooth transition of client relationship to the team.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers in major accounts.
- Identify, develop and close opportunities to grow and expand existing business in current accounts.
- Achieve established team targets for new sales, sales renewals, database participation and client work.
- Prepare and deliver customer presentations, demos, proposals, pricing and contracts.
- Conduct research to support projects, marketing and new business initiatives when required.
- Identify and engage necessary resources for account support, communication of new client/market insight, and client feedback
Ideal Candidate :
- Excellent communication
- Sales experience required (International sales would be an add-on)
- Good CRM skills
Experience : 1-3 year of experience in Sales
