The Job :
Your Responsibilities will include :
- Joining activities of new sales team member like welcome kit issuance, office orientation & introduction, etc.
- Providing the sales force with adequate POSM (Point of Sale Materials) & also managing the inventory of POSM.
- Analyzing the dashboard reports in order to measure sales force effectiveness in various performance areas. In case of any deviations, escalating the same to respective sales team
Ideal Candidate :
Skills Required :
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Business Development/Account Manager (B2B), Department Manager/Floor Manager or Retail Sales role, ideally within the Retail industry.
- Experience within Area Sales, Community Management and Sales Training would be a strong advantage.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
