Role Overview :

The Product Operations Executive will focus on outbound calls for customer acquisition, promoting our job posting and subscription services. This role is essential for onboarding new clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our services, and fostering long-term client retention.

Key Responsibilities :

- Outbound Calls : Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our job portal services, including job postings and subscription packages.

- Customer Acquisition : Identify and engage with prospective clients, effectively communicating the value of our services to drive new customer acquisition.

- Client Onboarding : Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to use our platform effectively and benefit from our services.

- Client Success : Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure their satisfaction with our services.

- Client Retention : Develop and implement strategies to retain clients by providing exceptional service, addressing concerns promptly, and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.

- Relationship Building : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support.

- Feedback Collection : Gather and relay client feedback to the product and development teams to improve our offerings and user experience.

- Reporting : Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, sales activities, and outcomes in the CRM system.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales, customer success, or operations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients over the phone.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

- High level of organizational skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in the recruitment or job portal industry.

- Familiarity with job posting and subscription-based services.
