Executive - Sales - Real Estate - North (3-5 yrs)
Sales Planning & Management :
- Execute sales plan in assigned territory as per the reporting manager.
- Develop sales through Channel Partner & Retailer.
- Plan visits as per business requirements in Channel Sales
Channel Sales Management :
- Maintain strong and healthy business relations with Channel Partners and Retailers.
- Regular visits to Interior designers, Retail outlets, Carpenters, Suppliers etc.
- Ensure reach of physical promotional materials to Channel as well as Project Sales Customer.
- Implementation and active involvement in promotional activities as a frontline coordinator as per company's marketing strategy.
- Appointment of new channel partners & retailers in assigned territory.
- Communicate and present new product specifications, application and end use to distributors, retailers, Carpenters etc.
- Attend customer complaints and provide appropriate solution effectively
Market Intelligence :
- Gather information on competitor's product, pricing and marketing activities and report synopsis to the Manager.
- Timely update ground level changing market trends in building material industry for assigned region.
Training & Support :
- To arrange training program and update product knowledge to the retailers and applicators on regular basis.
- Develop new applicators
MIS & Reporting :
- Present & Update sales report on daily/weekly basis to Management
