The Job :
Key Responsibilities :
Client Acquisition : Identify and cultivate potential clients interested in commercial real estate projects.
Sales Presentations : Conduct effective sales presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our commercial projects.
Negotiation : Skillfully negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
Market Research : Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide insights and recommendations.
Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and development teams to align sales strategies with project offerings.
Documentation : Ensure all sales-related documentation is accurate, complete, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Networking : Actively participate in networking events and engage with local communities to expand the reach and visibility of our projects.
Ideal Candidate :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in real estate sales, particularly in commercial projects.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Negotiation Skills : Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Customer Focus : Customer-centric approach with a commitment to providing excellent service.
Local Knowledge : Familiarity with the local real estate market in and around Barnala.
