We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets for our real estate projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a leading real estate development company.

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.

- Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion.

- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to position Plots effectively.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, real estate agents, and brokers.

- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.

- Oversee the sales process from initial contact through closing and post-sales support.

- Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management.

- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets and leading a high-performing team.

- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and customer behaviour.

- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
