Executive - Sales - Real Estate (3-6 yrs)
Sales Executive - 2 Nos. - Sites Located In North Goa - Anjuna, Assagao, Arpora - Office Located In Sangolda.
Candidates Should Be Open To :
1. Open to Travel local and outstation for work
2. Open for site visits with clients showcasing properties. Picking up clients with the driver from their resort/hotel
3. Working on weekends, holidays and whenever needed.
4. MIN 2- 5 years of working experience in Real Estate.
5. Graduate, pleasant personality, dynamic, hardworking, fluent in English.
6. Should have its own mode of transport. Drive/ Ride Bike.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES FOR SALES EXECUTIVE :
1 Planning, implementing, managing and overseeing the company's overall sales strategy.
2 Email Campaigns - Sending monthly emailers to brokers and clients, promotions, offers, following up old cases and new. Wishing clients Birthday/Anniversary etc.
3 Site Visits- Showcasing our existing and new ongoing projects to prospects that come to GOA. Pick n drop client from resort/hotel after showcasing properties. Meet clients directly at the site if the client has transportation.
4 Cold Calling- Dead leads, new leads, invitation calls. Birthday/Anniversary calls. Calling new leads from websites, magicbricks,99 acres etc.
5 Travelling outside Goa to other states and countries for property shows and expos as and when required.
6 Staying in constant touch with brokers/agents.
7 Routine follow up with brokers and clients.
8 Working on holidays, weekends and as and when work requires.
9 Working on PPT, Excel, MS Word etc proficiently.
10 Market Study & Knowledge updation : Keeping track of the real estate news such as new project launch, change in development rules, etc
11 Keeping track of competitors' marketing strategies, new project launches, prices for properties etc.
12 Monthly review meeting with the Director of Sales & Marketing.
13 Convincing prospective clients.
14 Organizing sales visits.
15 Demonstrating and presenting products.
16 Establishing new business.
17 Maintaining accurate records.
18 Making appointments and showing buyers around a property.
19 Finding buyers in a position to proceed with purchase and willing to pay an acceptable price.
20 Schedule and conduct site visits and regular follow up with the clients till closure.
21 Responsible for generating sales with project specific inquiries.
22 Recover money from clients.
23 Convert leads to sales.
