Executive - Sales - Real Estate (3-5 yrs)

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, pre-sales, negotiation, closing deals and customer support, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Prior experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate and schedule negotiation meetings with clients and stakeholders.

2. Manage agendas and logistics to ensure seamless meeting execution.

3. Collaborate with the legal team to ensure compliance during negotiations.

4. Facilitate smooth communication between buyers, sellers, banks, and internal teams.

5. Identify opportunities to improve negotiation practices and streamline processes.

6. Coach team members on effective negotiation strategies.

7. Support lead generation efforts through cold-calling and pipeline development as needed.

8. Address inappropriate meeting requests and escalate them to the appropriate authority when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Graduate/Post-Graduate degree.

2. 3+ years of experience in sales, pre-sales, counseling, or customer support roles.

3. Strong leadership and analytical skills.

4. Excellent communication skills in English.

5. Quick learner with adaptability to evolving business needs.

6. Prior experience in real estate sales is highly desirable.
