Executive - Sales - Real Estate (2-8 yrs)
- Our client has built a luxury apartment in Hyderabad's financial district.
- They are seeking a Female Sales Executive who comes with prior sales background.
Following are the requirements:
Responsibilities :
- Maintain a high level of knowledge
- Develop relationships with current and potential customers
- Negotiate sales and pricing agreements
- Manage sales process from initial contact to completion
- Create and maintain customer profiles
- Monitor competitors and market trends
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements :
- Previous experience in a real estate sales role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively
- Fluent in English is a must
