The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Set up meetings with potential clients, listen to their requirements, and effectively answering to their queries.
- Handle Site Visits and follow-ups.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with the internal team.
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy of deliverables, client service delivery, engagement calls, meetings, site visits, follow-up, timely submission of Company proposals, and overall governance during the execution phase.
- Aiming to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Seeking new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Building effective relationships with the customers and generating sales leads by proposing the company's new projects.
- Accompany the customer for site visits and explain the property.
- Generate ideas to develop new business from existing & new clients/Investors.
- Doing outbound calls to potential customers from Database for fixing appointments.
- Sales presentation to customers.
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required :
- Graduate in any discipline UG / PG
- Minimum of 2-6 years work experience as a Sales Executive in real estate
- Able to speak Hindi and English to be able to liaise with clients.
- Effective communication & presentation skills.
- Good negotiation & objection handling skills.
- Aptitude for hard work.
- Passion for Sales
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
