- Selling of luxury residential & commercial project at a sale value and well achieving the targets given.
- Determining clients- needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them and responsible for coordinating with builders for site visits of customers and convert a lead into a prospect.
- Responsible to maintain the database of the clients and updating them regarding different proceedings of their purchase.
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
- Coordinate property closings, overseeing, signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
- Gathering information using the internet and other sources extensively to search for business information and monitor competitors- campaign
