Executive - Sales - Real Estate (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities include:
- Achieve the sales target set by the organization
- Responsible for prospecting (acquiring) new clients by networking, cold calling, using the leads provided or customer referrals
- Acquire new customer base
- Follow up with the prospective buyer's to build & retain client relationships
- Plan and strategies to achieve sales target
- Generate prospect leads and conduct various lead generation activities
- Manage events for Sales and Marketing activities
- Arrange and participate in internal and external client site Visits
Required Candidate profile:
- The candidate must be from Real Estate Sales background with 2 to 5 years of sales experience
- Preference will be given to immediate joining
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Should have a two-wheeler
- Should speak and understand Telugu
