Executive - Sales - Real Estate (2-3 yrs)
Experience Required: 2-3 Years
Salary Range: Competitive (Based on experience)
Additional Requirement: Candidates with their own bike will be preferred.
Responsibilities:
Generate Sales:
- Identify new customers and opportunities to sell properties.
- Develop sales opportunities with existing clients.
Market Properties:
- Use social media platforms, advertisements, and open houses to promote properties.
Negotiate Deals:
- Negotiate prices and other terms with sellers to close deals effectively.
Advise Clients:
- Provide guidance on market conditions, pricing strategies, mortgages, legal requirements, and more.
Prepare Documents:
- Create and finalize essential documents like purchase agreements, closing documents, site visit reports, and deeds.
Coordinate Closings:
- Ensure all terms and conditions of the purchase agreement are fulfilled before closing the sale.
Maintain Relationships:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, lawyers, mortgage lenders, and inspection personnel to facilitate smooth transactions.
Analyze Data:
- Analyze market data to identify leads, track progress, and convert them into successful sales.
Forecast Sales:
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to effectively forecast future sales targets and opportunities.
Site Visits:
- Arrange and conduct site visits to provide clients with a comprehensive understanding of the properties.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective presentation skills to showcase properties and pitch sales.
- Sound knowledge of the real estate market and trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ownership of a bike (preferred) for site visits and customer meetings.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven attitude.
