Executive - Sales - Real Estate (12-24 yrs)
Responsibilities and Duties :
- You Would Be Responsible for Database/Cold Calling and Tele Counselling and Lining-up Walk-ins in the Office, Etc.
- Following Up On Client Leads for Sale of Properties.
- Responsible for Handling Clients Inquiries and Servicing Customers Needs.
- Be An Expert On Issues of Real Estate Industry, Prices, Competitors, Market Conditions Etc.
- Maintain and Progress An Active Sales Pipeline of Prospect Clients.
- Contribute to the Major Goals of the Company in Uplifting Sales/revenues.
- Maintain Quality Service By Establishing and Enforcing Organization Standards.
- Collaborate with Team to Achieve Better Results
- Providing Excellent Service to the Customers to Make Property Investment a Delightful Experience
- Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- Any Graduate - Any Specification or 12th Pass with Experience.
- 1 to 2 Years of Proven Experience as a Sales Executive or Relevant Role.
- Real Estate Industry Knowledge or Relevant Experience.
- Proficiency in English (both Oral and Written).
- Excellent Knowledge of Ms Office.
