Executive - Sales - Real Estate (1-6 yrs)
We are HIRING Sales Executive for one of our clients - A Residential Property consulting firm to be stationed at Gurgaon to look after the selling of Residential Property - to accelerate the growth and develop a larger market presence.
The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. Using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with new and existing customers.
Job description:
- Calling on leads and brief them about the relevant projects for Residential Properties.
- Regular follow-up on prospective leads and inviting them for the site visits.
- Assist prospective customers during site visits and provide them the required information.
- Attend customer walk-ins and brief them about properties.
- Revenue generation.
- Customer documentation like an application form.
Additional :
- Any Graduate / MBA
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
