We are currently hiring for Sales Executive/Business Manager for one of our Clients
Position: Sales Executive
Experience: 1 - 5 years
Salary Package: up to 5 LPA
Job Purpose: Drive sales of Apartments and Villas at site level
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- End to End sales
- Organizing sales visit
- Achieving Sales Target
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
- Reviewing sales performance
- Negotiating price and contracts
- Communicate easily in English and Kannada
- 2 wheeler mandate
Job Requirements:
Educational Qualification : Any Graduate
Special Requirements : Real Estate experience, have his own vehicle
Key Competencies : Selling skills, convincing skills, good communication
