Education: Graduate from any Field | MBA degree will be an added advantage.

Job Location: Thane, Central Mumbai, Kalyan & Dombivli. Since it's a field job, location will be throughout Mumbai.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for generating sales with project specific enquiries.

2. Schedule and conduct site visits and regular follow up with client till closure.

3. Serve as a link of communication between key customer and internal team of the Company.

4. We are hiring Candidates for Multiple Locations- Thane, Central Mumbai, Kalyan & Dombivli

I. Candidate should have profound knowledge of complete Central Mumbai line.

II. Mumbai Real Estate Market- Residential - Commercial

III. Thane Real Estate Market Residential (including Kalyan and Dombivli Projects)

IV. Candidates must be updated with the current Market Trends, current on going, Completed and Future Projects.

5. Field work .

6. End to End Sales knowledge that includes right from Explanation of the Project - finalization-Banking Procedures.

7. Candidate is required to do tele calling.

8. The Candidate must possess proficient oral and written communication and presentation skills to effectively convert the prospective clients/ lead to Flat conversion.

1. Excellent communication skills required.

2. Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation capabilities.

3. Candidate should know MS Office

4. Candidate with experience in Real Estate Residential will be an added advantage.
