Executive - Sales - Real Estate (1-5 yrs)
We are hiring for a leading real estate company located in Mumbai for Tele sales role.
- Candidates with 1.6 to 4 years of telesales experience in any industry and strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Duties and responsibilities normally performed within this role.
- Achieving rental targets, which is included but not limited to
- Handling all enquiries and reaching out to potential renters through various mediums
- Recording all enquiries in a timely manner and maintaining the home calendar
- Coordinating and planning with team members
- Coordinating home maintenance from time to time with Operations team
- Creating monthly financials of the rental earnings
- Communicating the month end earnings with homeowners
- Any grad/under grad can apply
