Executive - Sales - Real Estate (1-5 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities:
- End-to-end sales of vacant and new properties through leads assigned in CRM.
- Generating and conducting site visits of interested clients to relevant properties.
- Managing negotiations with buyers and ensuring deal closures.
- Achieving target of 5 to 6 prospective site visits every week.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
- Proficient in both Hindi & English and local language is advantage
- Customer relationship Management, Sales & Negotiations Skills
- Energy, enthusiasm and Confidence
Educational Qualification & Work Experience:
- 6 months of experience in sales in any industry is preferred.
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing demonstrated sales success
- Strong negotiation skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Two wheeler is compulsory
